Mobile App Guide

This is a common guide for all Mobile platforms. Depending on the mobile platform, there could be slight variations in how the steps are accomplished. However the mobile platforms are intuitive and the user should not face any difficulty performing steps in this guide. iPhone users may find that many of the steps and features are presented differently on the iPhone platform and some options limited. We have Released iPhone Specific Guide.

Home Page and  Navigation

  • On launching the mobile app, the home page shows a side by side comparison of data available in your mobile and the web account. You can click the “Refresh” to update the screen with the latest details. You can also manually initiate sync at any time by clicking the “Sync Now” button.

    BlackBerry

  • Although Web panel comes with most of the configuration options, the mobile app too allows setting up a limited set of options. The navigation varies slightly based on the mobile platform and following sample screenshots from different platforms illustrate the menu selections available.

TIP!: Depending on your mobile platform and the particular screen you are in, you may be able to view the screen in landscape mode too by tilting the phone to a horizontal position. The mobile app home page, sync logs, etc on BlackBerry are examples where you can view them better using the landscape mode.
