Is MobileSync Pro really free?
MobileSync Pro is free software, you can download and install the software on your mobile phone, and use our web service without purchasing anything. However, each account is restricted with 200MB of disk space, and we allow only one account per user. You can add as many devices in any account as you have.

How to Sign up for MobileSync Pro?
No matter which smartphone you have, the first step to installing MobileSync Pro is to create your account online. You can sign up for MobileSync Pro using the online registeration page. You will need to provide your email address and choose a password to access the service. One you have signed in, goto Add Device to add your mobile phone to the service.

Why is my verification email not coming?
Due to busy network, it may take up to 1 hour for your verification email to reach your inbox. However, be sure to check your junk/spam folder for the verification email. If you still have not received your verification email, please create a support request (from the same email address), and we will be more than happy to set you up.

After you create your account you should goto Add Device section to add your mobile phone to the system. Be sure to choose the right platform and give the correct phone number. The phone number you provide is used during recovery options, which works by sending SMS to your mobile phone. After adding the device, you will be provided instructions on screen about setting up your device for MobileSync Pro.

I am receiving an Invalid Login message on my phone!
You might have recently changed your password inside your MobileSync Pro account. The phone will need to be told the new password.

How do I change my MobileSync Pro password?
To change your password, first login to your account. Then click the "Change Password" link on the left side menu. Enter your current password and the new password twice to confirm. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you do this you will also need to change it on your phone. Otherwise MobileSync Pro will display an Invalid Login message.

How do I remove MobileSync Pro?
You can uninstall MobileSync Pro directly from the Applications manager in your mobile phone. Most platform also has Uninstall option inside the interface. To delete your web account permanently click on "Account" at the top right in your web account home page, and choose to Delete Account. The process is irreversible.
